Lilly’s Big Move!

Lilly is a 19 year old girl, who escaped sex-trafficking only to land in homelessness.
She is bright, vibrant, and unwilling to let anything hold her back. Lilly’s goal is not only to be self-sufficient but also to attend and graduate college and become an oral surgeon. She has done nothing less than excel and impress us since she came to the the LegUp in January, and after graduating the LegUp Program, she is holding down a full time job and now is ending her time in homelessness and being coached by the LegUp.

We are so excited and blessed to help her get set up in her first apartment!

But we need your help!

Help us set Lilly up with all the comforts of home. As you are doing your spring cleaning we ask that you bring your gently used goods and furniture to the LegUp!

Attire For Hire!

Its finally feeling a bit more like summer and the LegUp is holding a donation drive! A part of our Life Skills training, taught by, Dr. Mike Haro, is that after attending a week long intensive, our clients have earned 5 vouchers to shop at the LegUp Store! There, they can use their vouchers to shop for interview ready outfits, books, and other necessities. This is where you come in! Now through August 14th, we need you to donate gently used professional items, new toiletries and undergarments, and accessories.

If you’re ready to get involved with the LegUp, we will need volunteers to receive and sort donations!

Its only through your support that we will achieve our mission to prevent and end homelessness through advocacy, support, and friendship.
